He has over twelve years experience of the pensions and assurance industries. After graduating in engineering his early career was with Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte. He then spent five years with Ernst & Young in their newly formed Pensions Assurance Group in Reading. This was followed by two years with Arthur Andersen as a Pensions Champion.

Gareth has served on a number of industry working parties including Pensions Research Accountants Group and the Auditing Practices Board, and currently participates in the ICAEW Pensions Technical Discussion Group.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

She has twelve years experience of the pensions industry. Terri trained and qualified with Ernst & Young and chose to specialise in pensions from the financial services office in London. After 11 years at Ernst & Young, she moved to Arthur Andersen in 2001 and then to Deloitte, as part of the transition of those firms. As well as focusing on pension scheme client work, Terri has been involved in the development and delivery of training courses to partners and staff across the UK in each of the above firms.

Terri currently serves on the committee of the NAPF South East Group.

Terri is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

He has over nine years experience of the pensions industry. Peter joined Deloitte after qualification and was the Pensions Champion for the Reading office and a member of the Pensions Technical Unit, the firm's steering group for pensions work.

Peter is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

She has many years experience as an e-marketing specialist and has been working with Ash Shaw, on a freelance basis, since 2003. Kate has an MBA from Cranfield University, and specialises in e-marketing.

Sally assists Gareth and the Ash Shaw Team with our business administration and helps to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Lisa assists Terri and the Ash Shaw Team with our business administration and helps to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Carl joined Ash Shaw shortly after graduating from Loughborough University where he achieved an honours degree in Economics with Accounting. Carl is an Affiliate member of the ACCA and is currently working towards full membership. Carl works closely as part of the Ash Shaw team and is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of our audits.

She has over seventeen years HR management experience gained in a variety of sectors and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Kirsty has just started providing HR support and assistance to Ash Shaw particularly in relation to recruitment, HR policy, employee relations, and staff development.

Oscar joined Ash Shaw after completing his A-Levels in Accounting, Business Studies and Mathematics, and has commenced his ACCA studies. Oscar is working towards becoming a part-qualified ACCA in the summer of 2012. Oscar works closely with the Ash Shaw Client Service teams helping them deliver our audit and assurance work in a timely and effective manner.

Alison has over fifteen years pension scheme accounting experience in the pensions industry. Alison headed the accounting team at an administrator based in Chelmsford and Reading before joining Ash Shaw at the start of 2012.
